Platform and entity status
This website is operated by ZamPro Advisory Services Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Zambia on 10 May 2024, company registration no. 120241006498. ZamPro Group is its umbrella brand for advisory and proposed project-development activities. Registered office: Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, E15, Lusaka, Zambia. Holding-company and SPV structures are subject to incorporation and definitive agreements. ZamPro Foundation is a conservation and community initiative of ZamPro Advisory Services Limited. It is not presented as a separately registered NGO, trust, charity or approved Public Benefit Organisation, and no tax-exempt status is claimed. Any engagement must identify the actual legal counterparty before signature.
Concepts, not awarded projects
Project descriptions are exploratory proposals. They do not establish ownership, concessions, rights to public assets, procurement awards, funding commitments or government approval. No project should be relied on as investable without independent due diligence and project-specific documentation.
No investment offer
Nothing on this website is an offer of securities, a request for deposits, a guarantee of returns, or personalised investment, legal or tax advice. Regulated work requires appropriately authorised professionals and a separate engagement.
Leadership
Leadership titles describe the team’s agreed allocation of responsibilities. Consultancy roles are distinct from partnership; project-specific mandates and signing authority are documented separately. A partner’s past institutional role does not indicate a current affiliation or endorsement. No Foundation trustees are represented as appointed.
Imagery and identity
Visual material does not establish property ownership, operating status or project approvals. The ZamPro visual identity is a new design and is subject to appropriate trademark clearance before registration.

Written agreements
Enquiries do not create an advisory mandate, partnership, fiduciary relationship or funding commitment. Commercial terms, confidentiality and delivery responsibilities must be agreed separately in writing.
